Ordering Process

1) You may place your order by phone OR request that we contact you by completing the form on our Order/Quote page (within 24hrs).

2) We start the ordering process by finalizing product, size, quantity, date needed, design and billing information (within 24hrs).

3) We acknowledge orders with written estimate via fax or e-mail (within 24hrs).

4) An on-line digital proof of your artwork is sent to you via e-mail or faxed, requiring review and approval prior to production (1-3 days).

5) Production of buttons (1-20 business days depending on quantity ordered).

6) All orders will be shipped via Trucking FedEX, UPS or DHL ground F.O.B. Phoenix, AZ. Unless otherwise requested.

* While we don't charge for rush orders on buttons, we would appreciate as much lead time as possible.
